My Story

A Passion for Marketing

I have over 30 years of experience guiding teams up the proverbial marketing mountain. From big brands to startups and non-profits, I help companies solve their marketing problems to deliver customers and grow revenue. I do this because I love marketing and because I am pretty good at it.

The Holistic Approach

Great marketing requires a holistic approach- aligning your value chain around the customer to ensure that every touch point, communication, and interaction benefits the customer while delivering on your goals. It's a way of thinking designed to bring you closer to your customer by providing your business with the gamut of marketing tools needed to succeed.

  

Success starts with the 4-Cs:


  • Customers- Who are they, why do/should they choose your product (or not choose it), and what need does it fulfill? 


  • Competencies- What is it that your company truly excels at? How do your core competencies differentiate your business from the competition?


  • Competitors- Who are they, what are their strengths and weaknesses, why do buyers choose them, where are they focusing resources, etc. ?


  • Change- Where is the market going, how are customer needs/preferences changing, will new players enter the market, how are the dynamics changing?

Getting Started

The first step is for us to have a brief (30-minute) conversation. We'll talk about what you've done in the past, your marketing goals, explore business challenges and opportunities.
